Shipping to Switzerland

Free shipping within Switzerland: Orders from CHF 40 ship free within Switzerland. Under CHF 40, a flat CHF 8.49 applies.

Fulfillment warehouse: Swiss orders (including thevapetrix.ch) ship from our warehouse in Chemnitz, Germany.

Processing time: Orders are prepared within 1–2 business days before handover to the carrier.

Standard tracked shipping (Switzerland):

  • Transit: typically 3–9 business days after dispatch.
  • Cost: FREE from CHF 40 (CHF 8.49 below the threshold).
  • Tracking: tracking number by email at dispatch.

Duties & taxes (Switzerland): Import duties and Swiss VAT may apply on entry and are the recipient’s responsibility unless stated otherwise.

Dispatch origin & returns

Origin: CH orders leave from Chemnitz, Germany.

Returns (short note): Unopened, unused items in original packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Return shipping is paid by the customer. See the refund policy for details.
